Junior Customer Onboarding - Voice / Blended role in Railways

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate looking to kick-start their career in the dynamic Indian Railways sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for our new clients, acting as a key point of contact and facilitator.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and executing the end-to-end customer onboarding process for new clients in the railway sector.

Liaise between clients and internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for onboarding.

Conduct client verification and documentation checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Address client inquiries and concerns during the onboarding phase through voice and blended communication channels.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of onboarding activities in the CRM system.

Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring a positive first impression.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline the onboarding workflow.

Identify and escalate any onboarding challenges or issues to the relevant stakeholders.
