Junior Dispatch Executive / Officer - Railways

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Dispatch Executive / Officer with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of railway components and finished products. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to optimize logistics and support our operational goals within the Indian railway industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of railway components and equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules.
- Liaise with production, quality control, and logistics teams to confirm readiness of goods for dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including challans, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify and implement process improvements in dispatch operations, utilizing design thinking principles to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stocktaking activities related to dispatched goods.
- Problem-solve any issues that arise during the dispatch process.
