Junior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist - Auto Components Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree, passionate about fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. You will support the implementation of D&I initiatives, conduct research, and contribute to creating a culture where all employees feel valued and respected.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and execution of Diversity & Inclusion strategies and programs across the organization.
* Conduct research on best practices in D&I and legal compliance related to employment law in India.
* Support the organization of D&I awareness campaigns, workshops, and training sessions.
* Help in data collection and analysis to track the progress of D&I initiatives.
* Contribute to the review and update of company policies to ensure they are inclusive and non-discriminatory.
* Provide support in grievance redressal and conflict resolution processes with a D&I lens.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and business units, to embed D&I principles into all aspects of the business.
* Maintain an understanding of relevant Indian labor laws and their implications for D&I.
