We are seeking a motivated Junior Endocrine Surgeon with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. This role is crucial for supporting our operational efficiency and employee well-being within the pulp and paper industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and understanding of organizational health to contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs for employees, focusing on endocrine-related health awareness and preventive measures.
Analyze employee health data to identify trends and recommend organizational strategies for improved health outcomes.
Liaise with external healthcare providers and consultants to ensure comprehensive health support for staff.
Contribute to the formulation of policies related to occupational health and safety within the pulp and paper manufacturing environment.
Support administrative functions related to employee health benefits and insurance claims.
Conduct basic health screenings and provide initial consultations as per company guidelines.
