We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Endocrine Surgeon with a B.Des degree to join our dynamic team in Bhubaneshwar. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to innovative projects within the Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate sectors. You will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions that align with project requirements and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to understand project briefs and translate them into visual concepts and functional designs.
- Develop design proposals, including sketches, mood boards, and prototypes, for infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutions.
- Create detailed design documentation, including technical drawings and specifications.
- Assist in the evaluation of design effectiveness and make necessary revisions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
