Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Engineering & Manufacturing professional with a Diploma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing principles within the events and live entertainment industry. You will be responsible for supporting the design, fabrication, and execution of various event elements, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of event structures, props, and custom builds.
- Support the engineering team in developing technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot manufacturing issues during event setup and execution.
- Maintain inventory of manufacturing materials and tools.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures on the workshop floor and at event sites.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and techniques.
