Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineering Supervisor with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to gain practical experience in managing and overseeing engineering operations within the pharmaceutical sector. You will support the senior engineering team in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our manufacturing facilities, adhering to all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily supervision and coordination of engineering department activities.
Monitor and report on the performance of engineering equipment and systems.
Support maintenance schedules and assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in the implementation of new engineering projects and process improvements.
Prepare reports on operational status, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
Undertake administrative tasks related to the engineering department as required.
