Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Event Marketing Associate to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for a recent Diploma graduate looking to kick-start their career in event marketing within the dynamic management consulting industry. You will assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of various corporate events, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Event Marketing team in organizing and executing corporate events, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in developing marketing collateral, invitations, and promotional materials for events.
- Help manage event logistics, including venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
- Contribute to social media promotion and digital marketing efforts for events.
- Track event attendance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports.
- Maintain event databases and assist with participant communication.
- Conduct market research to identify potential event opportunities and trends.
