Junior Film Director role in Content Development / Language

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Film Director with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Content Development and Language team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Sc degree and a strong understanding of visual storytelling and media production. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand messaging and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior directors in pre-production planning, including script breakdown, storyboarding, and shot listing.
- Contribute creative ideas for video concepts and visual styles.
- Oversee and manage on-set production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and creative vision.
- Collaborate with camera crews, lighting technicians, and sound engineers to achieve desired aesthetic and technical quality.
- Direct actors and talent to elicit compelling performances.
- Participate in post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and sound mixing, providing creative input.
- Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in filmmaking and digital content creation.
