Junior Film Producer role in Chemicals

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Film Producer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for visual storytelling, with a keen interest in the chemical industry. This role involves managing the end-to-end production of corporate films, marketing videos, and internal communication content. You will work closely with various departments to translate business objectives into engaging visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-production planning, including script development, storyboarding, and budget management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, R&D, HR) to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Source and manage external vendors, including videographers, editors, and animators.
- Oversee on-set production activities, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to schedules.
- Manage post-production processes, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and company messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video production and digital media.
- Contribute creative ideas for new video concepts and campaigns.
