- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and legal/regulatory guidelines, leveraging your LLB knowledge.
- Support the development of new training methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with senior instructors and department leads to understand training needs and objectives.
