Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of food and beverage policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on matters pertaining to food safety, consumer protection, and hospitality standards relevant to our product lines.
- Support the legal and compliance teams in reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to food and beverage sourcing, partnerships, or promotions.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations on legal and regulatory issues impacting the food and beverage sector within the consumer electronics industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and ethical practices.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks affecting the food and beverage industry in India and advise stakeholders accordingly.
- Assist in managing documentation and record-keeping for all food and beverage-related legal and compliance activities.
