We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Footwear Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and development of innovative and functional footwear solutions, aligning with our corporate identity and the specific needs of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. This role is suitable for any graduate with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product development teams to conceptualize and design new footwear styles, ensuring they meet aesthetic and functional requirements for a professional environment.
- Develop detailed technical sketches, 2D/3D renderings, and prototypes for review and approval.
- Research industry trends, material innovations, and competitor products to inform design decisions.
- Select appropriate materials, colors, and construction methods, considering comfort, durability, and safety standards relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure designs are feasible for production and meet quality specifications.
- Prepare design presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to maintaining brand consistency and innovation in all footwear designs.
