Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Junior Footwear Designer with 0-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role will involve contributing to the design and development of footwear integrated with electronic components for our cutting-edge products in the electronics manufacturing sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative footwear solutions to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the conceptualization and design of new footwear products, focusing on aesthetic appeal, functionality, and integration of electronic elements.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging styles, materials, and technologies relevant to wearable electronics.
Develop 2D and 3D design sketches, renderings, and prototypes using industry-standard software.
Collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications, user needs, and business objectives.
Participate in material sourcing and selection, evaluating properties for durability, comfort, and electronic compatibility.
Provide design support throughout the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production.
Prepare design presentations and documentation for internal reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in footwear design, electronics integration, and manufacturing processes.
