Junior Game Developer / Programmer - Travel & Tourism Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Game Developer / Programmer with 2-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of engaging interactive experiences and gamified features that enhance our travel booking platform. You will work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into fun and interactive game mechanics, focusing on user engagement and retention within the travel and tourism domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement game mechanics and features for web and mobile platforms, tailored for a travel-focused audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define game requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for game logic, UI integration, and backend services.
- Integrate game features with existing MakeMyTrip services and APIs.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
- Analyze user feedback and game performance metrics to iterate and improve game features.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in game development and gamification within the digital marketing and travel sectors.
- Assist in creating engaging content and promotional materials for gamified features.
