Junior General Surgeon - Courier / Logistics

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior General Surgeon with a 12th Pass qualification to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our workforce within the fast-paced courier and logistics environment. You will be responsible for providing basic medical assistance, first aid, and health support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide immediate first aid and basic medical care to employees in case of injuries or illnesses.

- Assist in conducting basic health check-ups and monitoring employee well-being.

- Maintain accurate records of medical treatments and employee health status.

- Ensure the availability and proper stocking of first aid supplies.

- Educate employees on basic health and safety practices.

- Escort employees to nearby medical facilities when necessary.

- Uphold a high standard of hygiene and safety within the workplace clinic/area.
