We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Geo Technician to join our team in Kochi. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to gain practical experience in geotechnical analysis within the FMCG industry. The role involves supporting senior technicians and engineers in field and laboratory investigations, data collection, and basic analysis to ensure the quality and safety of our infrastructure and operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting soil investigations, including site reconnaissance and sample collection.
- Perform basic laboratory tests on soil and rock samples under supervision.
- Record and organize field and laboratory data accurately.
- Prepare preliminary reports and summaries of findings.
- Support senior technicians in the interpretation of geotechnical data.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices on site and in the lab.
- Maintain equipment and laboratory facilities.
