Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Head - C & B to join our manufacturing and production team in Thane. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to compensation and benefits strategies in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of HR principles and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of employee compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and incentives.
- Support the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking for compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate employee data related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B-related data for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in India.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments on various C&B initiatives.
- Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Participate in the annual salary review and benefits renewal processes.
