We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Junior Head - Client Relations to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships within the consumer goods sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the preparation of client reports and performance reviews.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies.
