Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team as a Junior Head - QA. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to kickstart their career in QA within the dynamic professional services sector. You will be responsible for supporting the QA team in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of software applications to identify bugs and defects.
- Document test results and report defects clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with developers and other QA team members to resolve issues.
- Participate in regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not introduce new problems.
- Learn and apply various QA methodologies and tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
