Junior Head - Recruitment - BPM Sector

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Head - Recruitment to join our dynamic HR team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate eager to kick-start their career in talent acquisition within the fast-paced BPM industry. You will gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting our hiring managers in identifying and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events.
