We are seeking a motivated Junior Healthcare & Life Sciences - Other professional to join our dynamic manufacturing and production team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and a strong desire to contribute to the operational excellence of our healthcare-related manufacturing processes. You will be instrumental in supporting various aspects of our production lifecycle, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of manufacturing processes for healthcare-related products.
- Support quality control checks and documentation for production batches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, R&D, and quality assurance.
- Participate in the troubleshooting of production issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and material usage.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and regulatory guidelines within the manufacturing environment.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Support the training of new team members on standard operating procedures.
