We are seeking a motivated and design-thinking Junior Hotel / General Manager to join our esteemed team in Surat. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and 0-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to the operational excellence and guest experience of our luxury property. You will work closely with senior management to oversee daily operations, implement innovative guest services, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Apply design thinking principles to enhance guest experiences, service delivery, and operational workflows.
• Support the General Manager in implementing strategic initiatives and managing budgets.
• Ensure consistent high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to the design and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to foster a positive work environment and team development.
