Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our HR Operations team as a Junior HR Operations - Other. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic import and export sector. The successful candidate will support various HR operational functions, contribute to process improvements, and leverage their academic background to analyze HR data and provide insights. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Support the HR team in managing employee data, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity using HRIS.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR operational strategies, particularly in areas related to workforce planning and employee engagement.
Conduct research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to inform decision-making.
Participate in special HR projects, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support for HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
Leverage advanced analytical skills developed during doctoral studies to identify patterns and propose solutions for HR challenges.
