Junior Human Resources - Other - Media, Entertainment & Telecom Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Human Resources professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Vijayawada. This role will support various HR functions within our Media, Entertainment & Telecom sector operations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A Bachelor's degree is sufficient for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
• Support employee relations initiatives, addressing queries and concerns, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, including performance management and training programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR best practices.
