Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Infectiologist with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role will involve supporting research and development activities related to the efficacy of our agrochemical products against plant pathogens. You will leverage your analytical and technical skills to contribute to product innovation and quality control within the fertilizers, pesticides, and agrochemicals industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and execution of laboratory experiments to evaluate the impact of agrochemicals on various plant pathogens.
- Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data using statistical software and BCA-related tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, observations, and results.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for senior scientists and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D chemists and agronomists.
- Stay updated with the latest scientific literature and research in plant pathology and agrochemical efficacy.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of new testing methodologies and protocols.
