Junior Insurance Agent / Advisor role in Building Material

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Insurance Agent / Advisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. This role is crucial for managing and enhancing our corporate insurance portfolio, specifically for our operations within the building material industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of engineering principles to assess risks and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the insurance needs of the company and its employees, considering the specific risks associated with the building material sector.

• Research and identify suitable insurance products (e.g., property, liability, employee welfare) from various providers.

• Prepare and present comprehensive insurance proposals and policy documents.

• Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, and adjusters to negotiate terms and manage claims effectively.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies, premiums, and claims.

• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their insurance coverage.

• Utilize B.Tech/B.E. background to understand technical risks and operational aspects of the building material business.
