Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Infrastructure Services professional to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a passion for IT infrastructure and a desire to learn and grow within the fast-paced Animation & VFX industry. You will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of systems and networks critical to our creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, workstations, and other IT hardware.
Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, escalating to senior IT staff when necessary.
Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking and documentation.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as directed by the IT management team.
Learn and adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices.
