Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support professional to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to kick-start their career in the power sector. You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve technical problems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Assist in maintaining IT inventory and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Support in the implementation of new IT systems and applications.
