Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Kitchen / F&B Production professional with a unique background in law (LLB) to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience who can leverage their analytical and organizational skills from their legal education to support our F&B operations within a clinical research environment. You will assist in maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency in our catering services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP principles.
- Support inventory management, including stocktaking and ordering of food supplies, while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Assist in the implementation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to food production and handling.
- Contribute to quality control checks and identify areas for improvement in F&B services.
- Utilize legal knowledge to assist in understanding and ensuring compliance with local food safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of production, wastage, and inventory as required.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety protocols.
