We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Language Teacher - Other to join our team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Com degree who is looking to start their career in language education and contribute to our diverse workforce. You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of language programs and supporting our employees' communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior language teachers in planning and conducting language classes.
- Develop and prepare teaching materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to employees requiring language support.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on performance.
- Help organize and facilitate cultural exchange activities.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and language trends.
