Junior Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility role in Facility Management Services

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Legal Malpractice / Professional Responsibility professional with 1-3 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our legal team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on ensuring adherence to professional standards, identifying and mitigating risks related to legal malpractice, and supporting the development of robust professional responsibility frameworks within our facility management operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the investigation and analysis of potential legal malpractice claims or professional misconduct incidents.
- Review and interpret professional liability policies and advise on coverage implications.
- Conduct legal research on evolving standards of professional conduct and relevant case law.
- Support the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to prevent malpractice and ensure ethical practices.
- Draft legal documents, reports, and correspondence related to professional responsibility matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, operations, and compliance teams, to address risk management issues.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry best practices impacting professional liability in facility management.
- Assist in preparing responses to inquiries and claims from clients, regulatory bodies, or third parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all professional responsibility-related activities and documentation.
