Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Legal Operations professional to support our Legal department. This role is ideal for an individual with a Diploma and 1-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to the efficient functioning of legal processes within the dynamic Sports and Leisure industry. You will assist in managing contracts, legal documentation, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the organization, filing, and retrieval of legal documents and contracts.
- Support the Legal team in managing legal databases and case management systems.
- Help prepare and review routine legal correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel on various legal matters.
- Assist in tracking legal project timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the legal operations function.
- Perform administrative tasks as required to support the legal team's daily operations.
