Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Rights - Other professional to join our Advertising & Marketing division in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and 0-2 years of experience who is looking to build a career in legal aspects within the dynamic advertising and marketing industry. You will support the legal team in managing intellectual property, contracts, and compliance related to our marketing and advertising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and drafting legal documents, including but not limited to, service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements specific to advertising campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Conduct legal research on intellectual property rights, copyright laws, trademark regulations, and data privacy laws relevant to the advertising and marketing sector in India.
Support the legal team in managing and protecting the company's intellectual property assets, including assisting with trademark filings and monitoring.
Help ensure compliance with all relevant local and international advertising standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Maintain organized legal records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., marketing, creative) to gather information and provide basic legal support for their projects.
Assist in resolving legal queries and issues that may arise from marketing campaigns or digital content.
