Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Leisure / Casino Manager to join our dynamic team at Nykaa in Delhi. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with a BBA/BBM degree looking to gain hands-on experience in managing leisure activities and client engagement within the vibrant beauty and personal care sector. You will support the senior management in planning and executing various leisure initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for our stakeholders and contributing to brand engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of company-sponsored leisure events, parties, and team-building activities.
Support the management of relationships with external vendors and service providers for leisure activities.
Help in the development and execution of promotional activities related to employee welfare and engagement.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and on-site support.
Gather feedback from participants to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain records of all leisure activities, budgets, and participant information.
Contribute to creative brainstorming for new leisure programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations during all leisure events.
