We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Leisure / Casino Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong technical background, holding an M.Tech degree, and a keen interest in managing leisure and recreational facilities within a security-focused environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our leisure facilities, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various recreational and leisure activities.
Manage and maintain operational efficiency of leisure facilities, including gaming areas, sports facilities, and other recreational spaces.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and security protocols.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to budgeting and financial reporting for leisure operations.
Utilize technical knowledge from M.Tech to optimize operational processes and implement innovative solutions.
