Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lending Officer to join our finance team. This role will primarily focus on supporting our lending operations within the dynamic events and live entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will assist in managing loan portfolios, conducting preliminary financial assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a B.A. to gain hands-on experience in a niche financial role within a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the processing and documentation of loan applications for clients in the events and live entertainment industry.
- Conduct initial research and data gathering on potential borrowers and their financial standing.
- Support senior team members in preparing financial reports and analyses related to loan performance.
- Monitor existing loan accounts for compliance and identify any potential risks.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan operations.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all lending activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lending and finance.
