Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Life Insurance Executive to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate looking to build a career in the life insurance sector within a large, established corporation. You will be instrumental in supporting our life insurance operations and client servicing efforts, contributing to the financial well-being of our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the processing and management of new life insurance policy applications and renewals.
Provide basic customer support to policyholders, addressing inquiries related to policy terms, benefits, and claims.
Maintain accurate and organized records of policyholder information and transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve policy-related issues.
Support in the preparation of reports and presentations related to life insurance performance.
Learn and adhere to all regulatory compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of life insurance products and services.
