Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing new life insurance policies and endorsements.
Handle customer inquiries regarding policy details, premiums, and claims via phone and email.
Maintain accurate customer records and policy documentation.
Support the sales team with policy quotations and proposal generation.
Follow up on pending applications and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
