Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Life Skills / ECA Teacher with 0-2 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Thane. This role involves facilitating essential life skills and extracurricular activities for young learners, fostering their holistic development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess a foundational understanding of business principles to connect life skills with real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for life skills and extracurricular activities, tailored to different age groups.
• Facilitate interactive sessions focusing on communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and financial literacy.
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities such as clubs, workshops, and events.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to support student development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to student activities and record-keeping.
• Leverage BBA/BBM knowledge to introduce basic financial concepts and business ethics relevant to life skills.
