Junior Lifeguard role in Telecom / ISP

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lifeguard with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our team in Surat. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets within the company premises, particularly focusing on monitoring and managing access to sensitive areas. This role requires a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance within the telecom sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to company facilities, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted zones.
- Conduct regular security checks and report any anomalies or potential risks.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of personnel movement and inventory.
- Support the finance and compliance teams by ensuring adherence to internal financial policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with security personnel and management to develop and implement safety protocols.
- Perform audits on financial documentation related to security access and asset management.
- Respond to security incidents and provide assistance as needed.
