Junior Line Leader / Supervisor - Clinical Research / Contract Research Sector (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Line Leader / Supervisor with an M.Sc. degree and 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations within a clinical research setting, ensuring adherence to protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role provides an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in clinical trial management and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of clinical research staff in executing study protocols accurately.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant regulations.
- Assist in data collection, management, and quality control processes.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of study-related materials and samples.
- Participate in training and development activities for junior staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all supervised activities.
- Collaborate with study coordinators, investigators, and other site personnel.
- Report any deviations, issues, or adverse events to the appropriate management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the supervised unit.
- Support in-house and external audits as required.
