We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Logistics / SCM Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing logistics and supply chain data related to candidate sourcing, onboarding, and resource deployment.
- Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and anomalies in operational data and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their logistics needs and provide analytical support.
- Help in optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct basic market research on logistics and supply chain best practices relevant to the staffing industry.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
