Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Management professional to join our Hardware & Networking team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment. You will support various operational and strategic initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of hardware and networking projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Support in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements within the team.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
