We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marathi Teacher with 0-1 years of experience to join our Vadodara team. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree looking to contribute to language education within a dynamic corporate environment in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The Marathi Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Marathi language instruction to employees, fostering linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Marathi language lessons to employees, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of adult learners in a corporate setting.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assist in the development of learning materials and resources.
- Contribute to fostering cross-cultural understanding within the organization.
