Junior Marine Superintendent role in Agriculture / Forestry / Fishing

We are seeking a motivated Junior Marine Superintendent with 2-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing marine operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and supporting the efficient functioning of our aquaculture farms. This role requires a unique blend of scientific understanding and practical operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily marine farm activities, including water quality testing, feed management, and disease prevention.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols and regulations within the marine operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of farm infrastructure, equipment, and vessels to ensure operational readiness and safety.
- Assist in the procurement and management of marine-related supplies and equipment.
- Analyze data related to water quality, growth rates, and environmental conditions to optimize farming practices.
- Support the implementation of new farming technologies and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of all marine operations, including production, inventory, and compliance.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to address any biological or chemical challenges, leveraging B.Pharma knowledge for potential solutions.
- Respond to and manage any emergencies or incidents occurring within the marine operational areas.
