We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Mine Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic Facility Management Services team in Jaipur. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing innovative strategies for resource optimization and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research and analysis on operational data to identify areas for improvement in resource allocation and extraction efficiency within facility management operations.
Develop theoretical models and practical frameworks for optimizing the use of materials, energy, and human resources in large-scale facility management projects.
Collaborate with senior management and operational teams to translate research findings into actionable strategies and implement them effectively.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the facility management context.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and technical documentation for various stakeholders.
