Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Junior MIS Manager to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in Management Information Systems within the fast-paced courier and logistics sector. You will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of our management information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insightful reports to aid business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of MIS reports and dashboards.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the MIS system.
- Support end-users with MIS-related queries and training.
- Collaborate with IT and business departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of MIS processes and systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
