Junior Network Architect - BPO / Call Centre

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Network Architect to join our growing team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a passion for networking and a desire to contribute to the robust infrastructure of a leading BPO organization. You will work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient network solutions that support our critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.

Participate in network security initiatives, including the implementation of security policies and best practices.

Collaborate with IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into network solutions.

Assist in documenting network configurations, procedures, and standards.

Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends.
