Junior Network Security Engineer role in Manufacturing & Production

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Security Engineer with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to kickstart their career in network security within the manufacturing and production sector. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure, protect against threats, and support the implementation of security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring network traffic and security alerts for suspicious activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), and VPNs.
- Help in troubleshooting network security issues and incidents.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network security configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
